Access Health Catalyst Docs
Welcome! Most of our content is only available to registered Health Catalyst clients. To keep this information secure, we use Okta for sign-in. If your organization is a Health Catalyst client, your email domain is already enabled, so creating your docs account is quick and easy.
Once you’re in, you’ll have access to the complete library of product documentation, release notes, and resources designed specifically for Health Catalyst clients.
New? Create your account
To get started:
- Go to any page that requires you to log in, for example Outcomes Improvement
- Click Sign up.
- Complete all required fields and click Register. Make sure to use your work email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from noreply@okta.com and click the confirmation link.
- After confirming your email, return to the Docs site and sign in with your work email and the password you created.
Tip
If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. Some organizations may quarantine external messages so ask your IT team if you don’t receive it.
Already have an account?
If you already registered, sign in:
- Go to any page that requires you to log in, for example Outcomes Improvement
- Enter your Username, then click Next.
- Enter your Password, then click Verify.
- Verify your account using your authentication method.

Forgot your password? Click Need help signing in? on the login screen and follow the password reset instructions.
Need help?
If you run into problems registering or signing in, it may be because:
- Your email domain isn’t yet approved for Docs access, or
- Your organization’s email filters are blocking the confirmation message.
