Requesting Modifications to Existing Line Items
Enter the needed criteria on the Filters pane in the CDM tab, and click Apply.
Right-click the line item you want to add to a new request.
Hover over Change Item.
Click Via New Request.
Select a Route. You only have access to the routes that are assigned to you.
Enter the Request Title. Your organization might have specific naming conventions for request titles.
Click Create. A new tab displays the request. You can continue working on the new request, or you can click the CDM tab to continue reviewing the Results table.
Select a future effective date by using the Proposed Effective Date field on the Request Detail tab, if needed. The approved date the request was made is the effective date if no selection is made.
Click Save.
Select the line item within the Request tab to continue processing the request. Selecting the line item opens the Edit/Detail pane on the right-hand side.
