Sign into VitalKnowledge

1. Navigate to http://www.vitalware.com.
2. Select the Vitalware Customer Login button.
3. Enter your Vitalware username and password.
4. Click Sign in.

Note

If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) credentials, select Sign in with Single Sign-On Credentials and enter your single sign-on username and password.

Open VitalKnowledge

1. Select Products > VitalKnowledge.

2. Click the module you want to open (i.e., Code Lookup, Code Validate, Library, My Advisor, and Vital Alerts).

   

Sign out of Vitalware

Warning

It is important to sign out of your Vitalware product to clear your username and password from the browser session and avoid a potential security risk.

To sign out of your Vitalware session:

1. Click your name on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.

2. Select Logout from the dropdown.
