New Features and Enhancements
Character limit count
The Notes fields within the Request tab now feature a character counter indicating what your character count and the maximum character count is. This helps you know when you are approaching or exceeding the limit, allowing you can easily fix any possible mistakes or make your note fit the character allowance.

New Features and Enhancements
Filter pane update
The Cost Centers dropdown on the Filter pane now remains grayed out until you select the Revenue and Usage button or the Associated Cost Centers button. This helps you see your desired results on the table, preventing confusion regarding the relationship the cost centers have to the items you're viewing.

Updated New CPT/HCPCS Codes report export
The columns in the New CPT/HCPCS Codes report export now feature one heading to prevent confusion about what data is in the columns.
Add new codes to a request
You can now add codes from the New CPT/HCPCS Codes report to a request.
Highlighting for cost center changes display in archive
Archived requests now feature the highlighting in the Cost Centers tab, allowing for better insight into an archived request's history. Previously, the highlighting was only featured in the Cost Centers tab for exisiting requests.

New Features and Enhancements
New CPT/HCPCS Codes report
The New CPT/HCPCS Code report allows CDM users to view a report with all of the new CPT/HCPCS codes that came out during the last quarter or codes that are coming out in the upcoming quarter. In addition, the report indicates if any of the new codes already exist in the selected CDM file or CDM group.
Export the CPT/HCPCS Codes report
The New CPT/HCPCS report can be exported to Excel format (.xlsx), allowing you to identify new codes that need to be added to your CDM. The export includes new codes as well as the details for any of the items in the selected CDM that contain the new codes.

Updated saved view options for associated cost centers
Saved views with for cost center based files now include the three following filter options:
- No Cost Centers displayed
- Usage and the cost centers where usage occurred
- Associated Cost centers for each item
Therefore, your saved views for cost center based files open to one of the three options.

New Filters for cost centers
The Filters pane now features the Revenue & Usage button and Associated Cost Center button. This allows you to view associated cost centers separately from cost centers tied to usage data and more easily manage your cost centers.
Has Associated Items and Has Usage Items columns
CDM admins can now view if a cost center has associated or usage items in the Has Associated Items and Has Usage Items columns on the Departments table in Manage Departments. This helps determine if a cost center is being managed as an associated cost center or if it is a free for all cost center, where usage is attributed.

Increased entity limit
The Reconcile Dashboard now displays up to 100 entities. Previously, the Reconcile Dashboard displayed up to 50 entities. This allows users a part of large health systems to now export all of their entities.

Missing Items tab update
You can now start a request from the Missing Items tab in the Code Detail pane when you're assessing a Reimbursable Items/Services, Reimbursable Drugs, or Items/Services report.
Reconcile Changed Fields tab update
The Reconcile Changed Fields tab now automatically opens on the Code Detail pane when you select a charge code from within the Reconcile report.

VitalCDM general export update
The export functionality is updated to improve efficiency, resulting in less time for you to wait on recieving an export.
History tab export update
You can now export a file indicating there are no search results or changes from the Change Detail, Change Summary, or Reconcile Log tabs. This allows you to reference the file if you ever need to show that there were no results or changes.
Sync Columns button in the Item Change Detail tab on the Code Detail pane
The new Sync Columns button allows you to update the columns in the Item Change Detail tab to match the way you've formatted the columns on the Results table.
Links added to the Count of Items column
The Reconcile Detail pane on the Reconcile Dashboard now features links in the Count of Items column. When you click the link, the Reconcile report opens with applied filters that allow you to further view the details about the reconcile changes.
Reconcile Log Detail report fields added to More Filters
The fields that are specific to the Reconcile Detail Log report are now available on the More Filters popup.

Updated default tab for charge code links
When you click a charge code in the CDM Code column while viewing the Linked Items, Unlinked Items, or Corporate Standard Variance reports, it now defaults to opening the Linked Items tab on the Code Detail pane.

Test exports from the Release Canidate enviorment
During implementation, it may be beneficial for users to receive emails from our Release Candidate environment for testing purposes. New functionality allows for the management of temporary email delivery from RC for users.
Unlisted codes excuded for NDC Analysis reports
The NDC to HCPCS mismacth report now excludes unlisted codes as suggested codes, allowing you to only apply relevant (non optional) codes to your NDC.
Reconcile Dashboard export update
You can now export only the summary from the Reconcile Dashboard.
Snapshot updates
The snapshot feature in VitalCDM now allows you to view the code detail for any codes you select in the lower pane, specific to the date of the snapshot. This helps you review the code description, revenue code suggestions, etc. for the codes relevant to the time of the snapshot. You can also now select more filters from the Condtions dropdown list when you use the snapshot feature.

Missing Imports report update
When a partial file is submitted, the Missing Items report no longer generates items missing from the partial file.
Reconcile Dashboard update
You can now sort the Items Pending Reconcile column on the Active Reconcile Files table. This allows you to reorder the counts in descending order and work your way down the list, if needed.
To do so, click the title of the column, and the arrow icon indicates how the items are sorted. You can now also resize or collapse the Reconcile Detail pane, if needed.
NDC No Longer Manufactured report update
The NDC No Longer Manufactured report now shows the most recent Manufacturing end date in the Detail tab on the Code Detail pane. If there are multiple packages and one of the packages is still being produced, it won't be featured on the NDC No Longer Manufactured report.

New CDM report: Missing Import Items
The Report dropdown now features a Missing Import Items option, which enables admins to identify items that are active in their Chargemaster but were not included in their VitalCDM imports.
Request ID in item change detail tab is now a link
The Request ID is now a link under the Item Change Detail tab in the lower pane. You can easily access and review requests related to line items via the link. Previously, requests had to be manually searched for on the Request tab.
